I think there should be a "Spam/Off-Topic" section because people may want to speak about another game e.g minecraft or may wanted to post their real runescape progress or banks to show people.
Also i think there should be a Merchanting section e.g sections called "Buy" and "Sell" so people can easily find items once the server gets large amounts of players reducing spam on the actual server for example people saying "Buy AGS" at Home teleport.

Well, we can't have real rs content, because it would make it very easy for Jagex to shut us down, but a spam section will be added.
